I strongly concur with what Chad said about Roadside Assistance. I’ve used BMW/MINI roadside before, and their service makes AAA look absolutely brilliant. I have also actually needed a tow in the middle of West Texas, and it took four hours for the truck to arrive — and I was on the side of an interstate!
