MF Exclusive: Factory JCW (The Burble is Back!)

Factory JCW MINIReprinted from Motoringfile to get it into the feed.

Exclusive! The Factory JCW will be getting the burble exhaust sound back as was on late R53 models. This is great news and you can see and hear for yourself at your local dealer starting July 14.

If you have the chance to test drive the MINI JCW you must take the opportunity but if you are a fan of the JCW you better get your order in now. Starting July 14 MINI will begin delivering the MINI JCW to U.S. dealers for some eager early adopters. The MINI JCW will be making appearances at the remaining MTTS events in Chicago and LA in late July and early August.

  1. Great micro review guys.

Please don’t take this wrong but as a avid WhiteRoofRadio fan kinda was wondering if everything is ok. You guys kinda went dark after leaving the Florida location. I know you were having problems with connections while heading north. Hope everything is going good with you guys. How was the Boston event all in all? luckily Ian was able to post a pretty good review of the event, still looking forward to what you guys post about it.

  2. I have had my Factory JCW on order since the end of May 2008, I have been told arrival is expected in August 2008, I had an R56 for 6 months, gave me a bit of trouble with the EML light coming on frequently, so I have given the car back and have ordered what is set to be the best mini yet. So all going well I will be driving one of these babies everyday from August.

Full wrap-up of Boston coming later today.

Believe me when I tell you that we were all-go-no-quit from 6a to midnight everyday last week. Not to mention that we didn’t have internet at all on Wednesday or Thursday. This on the road work is hard!

  4. I know DB, seriously have huge respect for what you guys are pulling off. Can only imagine the difficulty of trying to do this on the road.
