I’m catching up on new and older episodes. I listened to 656 and then jumped back to 599. The parallels between the episodes were remarkable. In 656 you chatted about the outcomes and results that came about due to a lot of the issues you guys identified – “alienating your base since 2014!” – in 599. Prescient! Well done. Keep it up!
